I was hired as a multimedia animator for the Taichung branch.
The workplace isn’t very large, but it has everything it needs and is clean and tidy.
They also prepare all the necessary equipment.
The coworkers are quite friendly.
Basically, working hours are punctual.
Because this was a new position in the company, it was unclear what level of quality they expected for the work.
The salary offered for the position also kept changing.
When they hired me, it was NT$25,000; after they fired me, they changed the salary to NT$30,000 and continued recruiting.
The job appeared to be a full-time position, but was actually just a trial. After I had worked for a week, management decided they were dissatisfied and asked me to resign, without giving me a chance to improve.
I think that if you are not 100% confident in your abilities, you should not apply for this job, because they treat designers as disposable trash—if they are dissatisfied, they throw you away once they are done with you.
