The interview was very pleasant
Cons
The salary offered during the probationary period is the same as that for an administrative assistant, 30K—clearly an insult to engineers!
If you think a newcomer’s abilities are insufficient, you can simply dismiss them with severance, or you could also choose not to hire them!
With this kind of salary, you still expect to recruit engineers? No wonder trainee engineers leave!
