Pros
All the employees are easy to get along with.
The benefits are fairly good.
Cons
There is a manager-level person in the company who spends all day looking for people to discuss things with, which feels very inefficient.
Several employees have previously been driven away by this manager, who will even pressure you to write a voluntary resignation letter (so they don't have to pay severance).
