You need to exchange your ID card at the security office, have your temperature taken, and then enter the lobby on the first floor of the administration building wearing a mask, where you wait for HR to take you to the interview location (the conference room). When HR arrived in the lobby, they even called my surname incorrectly...... After completing the written tests (the company’s standard resume, a career assessment, and an intelligence test), I first had a one-on-one interview with HR. Shortly afterward, the company’s department head came in, and I had a one-on-one Q&A session with the department head. However, it seemed that the department head and HR had not coordinated beforehand, because the first few questions were the same as those HR had asked, leaving the HR representative beside us with an embarrassed expression (very obviously). During the interview, they even “commented” on my physique at one point. At the time, I could only laugh it off. It is true that I was not particularly light at the time, but when meeting a stranger for the first time, is it really appropriate to criticize the other person’s appearance so directly......? If possible, I hope they would keep such thoughts to themselves instead of saying them openly. Before the interview ended, HR said that regardless of whether I was hired, they would notify me one week later. But it has now been “one week*n”—the legendary silent rejection.
