1. The supervisor has low emotional intelligence and loves to berate employees, calling them “retards,” “stupid,” and “idiots,” treating employees like dogs while yelling at them.

2. In the marketing team, there is a senior employee, Han-jie, who likes to sow discord and report things to the supervisor behind others’ backs.

3. The supervisor has not explicitly prohibited employees from contacting one another privately or exchanging social media accounts, but in reality, privately contacting one another is strictly prohibited.

4. The employee turnover rate is high (3 people left in April / 5 in May / 6 in June).

5. The supervisor checks employees’ LINE conversation records without their permission.

The first week after I started was very smooth, to put it mildly. I did what the supervisor assigned me and helped my coworkers. Starting in the second week, though, I was berated like a dog～～even though I was doing exactly the same things as I had in the first week! Then I submitted my resignation, but the supervisor desperately tried to convince me to stay! They said I was doing a great job! They said I was just overthinking the things I’d been yelled at for 🧐🧐🧐
