1. The owner loves berating people and calls them “idiots,” “morons,” and “stupid.” Employees are often summoned to the office to be berated.
2. A “senior” employee named Han-jie, who is responsible for marketing, unusually enjoys sowing discord and reporting minor matters to the director.
3. The staff turnover rate is extremely high (3 people in April / 5 in May / 3 in June).
4. The director’s management style is strange. They interfere in employees’ private lives, and regardless of whether you are full-time or part-time, employees are forbidden from contacting one another privately (adding each other on LINE/IG/FB...).
5. People are often yelled at for no reason.
6. The director looks through employees’ private LINE chat records without their permission.
