Although the company's base salary is not high, the quarterly bonuses are quite substantial, so basically, if you devote yourself to the company, the compensation is good. The company only completed a full renovation last year, and the office environment is good, allowing you to work overtime with peace of mind.
Timeliness is highly emphasized at work, so the pressure is often intense when rushing orders. The company's internal processes are also often unreasonable, causing delays in customers' pickup times. You need to be patient when reassuring customers; otherwise, you will frequently receive complaints. Basically, aside from the bonuses, this company offers no other benefits. You simply have to work hard and devote your liver to the company. You can definitely save money, but if you want personal time to pursue further studies, that is impossible—you are essentially giving yourself to the company. The atmosphere at work is tense, and if you happen to encounter a bad supervisor, it can be truly exhausting. The company's KPI standards are inhumane, and people often have to do unnecessary and meaningless tasks just to meet them.
