1. Except for the boss’s wife, the boss and the designers are all very easy to get along with—thumbs up.
2. The company environment is fairly good and clean.
3. It’s relatively close to the MRT station, so commuting is convenient.
1. The boss’s wife really has a terrible temper and gets angry at the slightest thing. At the time, no one at the company could work with her, although she believed that she got along very well with every colleague.
2. The salary and benefits are very poor, with salaries being kept artificially low. During the more than one year I worked there, there was no salary adjustment at all. After asking other colleagues, I learned that there was only an opportunity for a raise after at least two years.
3. The boss’s wife often badmouths other colleagues behind their backs. She is extremely two-faced.
