1. The boss is a warm-hearted man; basically, the entire office can feel his warmth—about 31 degrees.
2. Outside of work, you can learn the virtue of frugality from the small details of how the boss treats people and handles matters.
3. Relationships among colleagues grow warmer, and in a cozy work environment, everyone grows stronger together independently.
4. Not only the budget and time, but sometimes even the drinks and snacks provided to employees are handled and cleaned up by someone specifically assigned to do so. You may not even notice until you think, “Oh, my food is already gone?”
5. Although there is no overtime pay, there is plenty of satisfaction and fulfillment. You may even get the little surprise of a last-minute meeting scheduled near the end of the workday, or the big surprise of receiving a new work assignment just before leaving.
6. You won’t have to worry about limiting your social circle after entering the workforce, because you can meet an endless stream of new colleagues.
