The interviewer was very polite, and clearly explained all the relevant benefits and work arrangements without leaving anything out, giving job seekers a clear understanding of the situation.
First, they ask why you applied to LAN Zhige—whether you specifically applied for it or were just applying indiscriminately. They also ask how much you know about the LAN Zhige brand. They regularly recruit both full-time and part-time employees. Full-time working hours are 10:30–19:30 for the morning shift and 13:00–22:00 for the evening shift. Part-time employees are paid an hourly wage of NT$158 and must be available to support and transfer among counters throughout Kaohsiung. Morning and evening shifts are not fixed, and there are also full-day shifts. In addition, the company provides a 30-minute meal break, but this 30 minutes is unpaid, so the total working hours are reduced by half an hour. Part-time employees must take on sales targets just like full-time employees. The company determines whether a part-time employee is suitable based on their output. Part-time employees perform the same work as full-time employees; the only difference is that they work fewer hours.
