The work is not physically demanding

Base salary 25,500 + 2,000 perfect-attendance bonus. Working hours are 7:00–22:30 on a rotating-shift system, with eight days off per month. No year-end bonus. Overtime can only be compensated with time off, with no overtime pay. Monthly working hours are 198 and may be rearranged, meaning there is overtime, followed by being scheduled to start work later.

The policies do not comply with the Labor Standards Act: three days of marriage leave, three days of bereavement leave, and annual leave requires working from January through December of each year; only seven days are granted in the following year.

After working for just three days, you have to take a test on the fillings of more than a dozen types of cakes. You are required to take the cake-filling test before you are even familiar with the types of bread and pastries on display. Within three days, you must learn how to record discarded pastries, cakes, and bread, as well as how to record packaging materials. In other words, new employees have to learn everything within three days of starting work. This job is very suitable for people with exceptional memory who enjoy mentally challenging tasks.
