The boss is autocratic, colleagues will betray you, and the managers are all utterly useless. No matter how well you perform, you will never get a raise or a promotion. Female colleagues who are a little better-looking receive special treatment from the male boss and are targeted by the female boss. When something goes wrong, they never come forward to face it; they just blame the employees for everything.
