Pros
The office photos posted by 104 are fairly nice (but the reality is another matter).
Cons
The interviewer seemed very self-important and did not show much respect for people.
They even said, after listening to your self-introduction, that you seemed not very proactive???
They give quite a few one-sided comments, making you feel that they invited people to interviews just so they could berate them ^_^
