The boss has poor character and speaks badly about employees in front of them
The graphic designer turnover rate is very high (pay attention to this when applying or working there)
The boss makes decisions based on his mood, making it difficult to know what he wants. He often makes grand promises but dumps the entire burden on subordinates, and will “severely” reprimand employees when the work is not done well
