This is a pretty good place because you can work on motorcycle-related tasks.

The accountant is very nice.

The coworkers are also pretty good.

The boss likes to smoke in the office and likes to scold people—scolding them for no reason (the kind that involves swearing). He pretends to understand things he does not understand, only listens to what he wants to hear, and is forgetful while refusing to acknowledge what he said before. He keeps having things revised over and over, then eventually blames you for not getting things done on schedule. He does not listen to explanations; whenever there is a problem, it is always the employees’ fault. He says he will pay overtime, but the way he allocates salaries actually results in very little overtime pay (perhaps, in his mind, he is paying it). The company’s equipment is outdated; waiting for it to start up will make you question your life.

Anyway, in his world, he is the one with the fewest problems.

The ones with problems are always the employees.

Everyone, do not feel happy just because you were hired (this company’s hiring standards are very low, mainly because many people have been driven to quit in frustration).

Unless you desperately need a job to make a living (and by “desperately need” I mean you have been hungry for a week and need money to buy food),

this company is an extremely bad choice.
