Pros
The environment is simple and uncomplicated.
Cons
Even though it is an extremely small company, the interview still requires a second round, which wastes time. I heard from the manager at the time that the company offers no benefits or perks at all. Later, I heard through other sources that former employees confirmed it—there really are no benefits at all... The salary is also stingy compared with the industry.
