Pros
The boss often buys drinks for everyone.
Cons
Does not comply with the Labor Standards Act
No employment insurance and no 6% labor pension contribution
Affects pensions and various other benefits
I really don't know who would be responsible if an accident happened while at work
Everyone should remember: labor insurance through a union is not the same as company labor insurance
Misleads everyone by using union labor insurance as a cover
Pretends that the benefits are excellent
In reality, there is no protection at all
