Pros
Colleagues are easy to get along with.
Cons
1. Responsibility system — you have to complete the poorly negotiated projects that the boss brings back.
2. Employees are dismissed as soon as performance becomes slightly unstable, so be careful.
3. The boss is a woman with poor public relations skills; she can only flaunt her beauty to entice lecherous men who have designs on her.
