Most colleagues are very kind and supportive.
1. Full-time employees not only receive no overtime pay for working overtime, but do not even get compensatory leave, and are also expected to start meetings early all the time.
2. There is at least one hour of overtime every day, and sometimes even more than 2–3 hours. If you are not willing to work for free, do not come.
3. Part-time workers have it even worse: there is no labor or health insurance. Unless you are extremely short of money, do not come either.
4. Supervisors really like to call people idiots and brainless. The pressure is extremely high, from the top management down to the branches.
5. Meetings are all about taking turns criticizing internal employees. You receive no overtime pay and still get criticized; it is a work environment that only people with a strong tolerance for being exploited can endure.
6. There is very little time to eat, and the working environment is very poor.
7. Conclusion: Unless you have no other options, absolutely do not come.
