The following all concern the factory under CEC—Kaidier.
1. You leave work on time, with 15-minute breaks in both the morning and afternoon.
2. At noon, the company collectively orders boxed lunches costing NT$70.
The following all concern the factory under CEC—Kaidier.
1. At the beginning, the equipment was purchased from mainland China to save a little money. As a result, the machines frequently developed problems afterward. The boss used to repair them just enough to keep them running, but the problems were not actually resolved. It was not until a machine started emitting sparks that money was spent to fix the issue properly. However, the current equipment is still very outdated and does not even have automation.
2. The molds used to produce the products are actually plaster molds... I only learned by looking online that plaster molds are meant for making prototypes or for mold development. Yet we used them to produce tens of thousands of products. The product quality can be imagined.
3. Anyone applying should ideally know plumbing, electrical work, and machinery. When something breaks, the boss prefers to have his own employees repair it rather than call in experts. If you are in a management position, when a technician is repairing a machine, you have to stand by and watch the entire time, regardless of whether you are busy. The boss wants you to learn the technician's skills, such as wiring, plumbing, and electrical work, so that the next time something goes wrong, he can call you instead of the technician.
