1. The workday is 9 hours, excluding a 1-hour lunch break. Sometimes, even when you’re due to leave on time, you’ll still be asked to stay and deal with things that aren’t urgent at all.

2. The salary amount was stated over the phone when I was hired, but labor and health insurance were registered at the minimum wage. When you resign, your salary is also calculated based on the minimum wage.
