The environment is pretty good.

Two people are interviewed at once, while simultaneously filling out a résumé and completing test questions. You have to wait until the other person finishes their interview before you can be interviewed. Even after passing the interview, a second interview is required. After waiting for notification, I received a notice for the second interview saying that the supervisor had a last-minute issue and that they would arrange another time. After that, there was no further communication, and I was not informed whether I had been hired.
