Suitable for beginners who know nothing to learn various skills, because the company has too few employees and you constantly have to handle matters from different departments.
Extremely exploitative.
The job you apply for is completely different from the actual work.
The company has too few employees, so you constantly have to handle tasks that are not part of your responsibilities.
The salary is calculated arbitrarily. If you bring it up with the boss, they will even say, “Are you trying to calculate this with me?”
All they ever do is serve up inspirational platitudes and brainwash people.
On top of that, the supervisor is very scheming and loves to pretend to be innocent. They act one way in front of you, then privately tell the boss something else about you.
Those who get hired: good luck.
