1. Convenient to submit claims for the requested amount. 2. Some employees are good.
1. Managers do not understand how their subordinates spend their time or what they do.
2. Managers only know how to manage upward. Kiss-ass type.
3. After the boss angrily berates employees under high pressure, there is no progress at all. It is completely personal rather than issue-focused. Meetings are just about getting berated. The boss only communicates one-way and does not seek to understand feedback. Just a typical traditional-industry boss.
4. Does not know how to respect employees.
5. A company that exploits its employees.
6. Pretends to be Westernized.
