The Off Site Test questions were very good
Cons
More detailed feedback should be provided on the assessment results for interviewees
rather than dismissing them with a sentence such as “You did not pass the technical assessment stage, so we were unable to invite you to the next stage of the recruitment process.”
This can leave interviewees who spent time coding feeling very disappointed
