I applied for an internal administrative position. Upon arrival, I first completed a test with questions similar to a math and logic exam, followed by some basic questions about my résumé. The boss said that working hours end on time, with no overtime required, and that the company has a five-day workweek and takes public holidays off, following the practices of government agencies. I felt this was quite good~~ They also mentioned that, because it is a small company, there would be more things to learn and do, and that I should apply if I could accept that. If I have the opportunity to be hired, I would quite like to give this job a try.
The interview takes quite a long time. The advantage is that both the employer and the applicant can learn more about each other, but on the other hand, it also takes up more time..
