久翔精密企業有限公司
Pros

I applied for an international trade position. The factory and office are newly built and close to Dahu Railway Station. During the first three months, new employees receive a monthly pay raise based on their performance. During the interview, I introduced myself in English, and then the interviewer showed me an article to translate from English into Chinese. I was later offered the job.

Cons

The interview was on a Tuesday, and the company asked me to report to work the following Monday. I also had to open a bank account and take care of some other preparations. However, before my start date, they called me and said that air-conditioning installation was underway in the office, and that the department had been moved to a smaller office where there was no room for me. They asked me to report to work the following week instead. Then, before that new start date, they contacted me again, saying they were worried that my commute might be dangerous (?) and asking whether I wanted to wait until the transportation situation was fully sorted out before starting work. I replied that it was not dangerous and that they did not need to worry. They then said they would report this to their supervisor and notify me later—but they never contacted me again. I contacted them to ask when I could start work, but no one responded, and they never said that the job offer had been canceled or anything. It left a very bad impression: they kept dragging things out. If you apply for this company, remember to continue looking for jobs even after you are hired, so you do not get ghosted like this. ==
