There are only two administrative staff members in the office. Assistants have to handle purchasing, receiving and shipping goods, and entering orders in the ERP system. They are also responsible for issuing customer invoices, handling postal errands, contacting suppliers, and sometimes contacting customers.

There is an excessive amount of miscellaneous work. The workload of four people is assigned to only two, while there is just one warehouse colleague and one driver. Everyone is so busy that there is hardly any time for communication.

The salary is only NT$24,000, with no perfect-attendance bonus. The three major holidays seem to include only Lunar New Year and the Mid-Autumn Festival. There is no year-end bonus. The owner's wife is very selfish and does not come in until the afternoon, so the air conditioning cannot be turned on until then. To save costs, they also do not hire enough staff. The work is exhausting, and the handover of duties is poorly managed.

It is essentially a family business.
