Think carefully before joining!
A marketing assistant manager who doesn't understand marketing will ask you to complete a month's worth of work within one week (including work that the previous person couldn't finish). If you can't do it, they will emotionally berate you.
During work hours, they will ask about your progress and when you can submit the work every hour (they have plenty of free time).
The company also exploits loopholes in the law when paying salaries. After working for two weeks, I didn't receive my NT$10,000 salary!
