During the Lunar New Year, red envelopes are given based on individual seniority and performance
Everything is decided by the boss
Unable to fulfill promises made to employees
The pay slip is overly vague
It is just a sticky note
Base salary + bonus − labor and health insurance deductions
No overtime pay for working beyond regular hours
Resignation requires three months’ advance notice
And once notice is given, the employee immediately starts being given a hard time
The job is based on a responsibility system
Never left early, arrived late, or taken leave
Already passed the probationary period
But the salary is only just over NT$20,000
During the interview, they say there are many bonuses
But the most bonus ever received was only around NT$800
