The work environment is very clean
There may be discrepancies between what is discussed during the interview and the actual job responsibilities.
Overtime is the norm. Leaving on time without working overtime is considered very strange. You must be on call 24 hours a day.
According to coworkers, sales staff are provided with phones, and computers must be on call at all times.
This also applies on holidays; the boss may even call at random to check whether you answer.
Also, due to the current pandemic, overtime pay is temporarily replaced with compensatory leave.
You have to write a work log every day to prove that you are not slacking off.
You also have to attend classes after work, with no overtime pay.
If you resign before the contract expires after signing it, the cost of the classes will be deducted from your salary.
This system is really strange,
because the classes are taught by in-house employees, not professionals.
The boss is not very polite when speaking to employees who resign.
The remarks are quite sarcastic, but since you have already left, try to let it go.
The boss asks resigning employees why they did not think it through before coming to work.
You only find out after joining the company that the job is different from what was discussed in the interview.
If you had known from the beginning, who would still have come?
Upon starting work, you also have to sign a bunch of documents, download apps, and deal with a pile of other hassles.
My sincere recommendation: job seekers with a strong tolerance for servility should come work for this company.
