2. Leaving work on time.
1. High employee turnover; the company is frequently hiring.
2. The owner has outdated and rigid thinking, so there is rarely clear direction.
3. Perpetually low wages, with only modest salary increases.
4. Most colleagues blindly follow along, and everyone just does their own thing.
5. Managers speak directly to subordinates but do little teaching or task allocation to help improve the team’s overall capabilities. It often feels as though everyone simply shows up on time and waits for the end of the workday, with no planning at all.
6. Communication between the managers and the owner is inconsistent and highly problematic, which sometimes makes it difficult for subordinates to get their work done.
