Pros
The boss is very friendly. During the interview, they openly explained the company’s policies and were also very willing to share details about projects they had handled previously.
During the interview, they clearly explained why they were looking to hire you and what qualities they were looking for.
Cons
The atmosphere at the company felt a bit stuffy. I’m not sure whether it was because the air conditioning wasn’t on.
I haven’t joined yet, so I don’t know what the atmosphere is actually like. If I’m ultimately hired, I’ll come back and share more.
