The colleagues are very easy to get along with. Other than that, there are absolutely no pros.

1. During the interview, they made the job sound great and said there would be no overtime, but in reality, we work excessive overtime every day, and there is no overtime pay.

2. I applied for a certain position, but after I started working, what they said and what they did were completely different. They make one person take on two roles and only add 1,000 to your salary.

3. The female boss has very poor emotional control and a terrible memory. She often delays other colleagues’ work progress, forcing everyone to work overtime, without overtime pay. It is an endless cycle.

4. We have to write a work log every day, but they never actually read it. They only look through it when you cannot finish your work, and then say that you spent too much time on it.

5. The boss loves to say, “The workload won’t be too heavy, right? It’s okay, right?” and then keeps adding more work.
