This company is affiliated with Seven Elements Game Company. Since 7-ELEVEN’s company review site doesn’t have a listing for Seven Elements Game, I’m posting this here.
The turnover rate in the Marketing Operations Planning Department is fairly good, and the salary is also quite decent. The company follows the Labor Standards Act in all respects and offers conditions better than those required by law. The work environment is also very comfortable.
The turnover rate in the Technical Department is still quite high. The salaries posted on 104 are above the market rate (100K+), but that hasn’t stopped the turnover—many new employees leave before completing six months ... Yet it doesn’t seem that senior management has done much to address this. Friends coming to interview for the Technical Department should ask plenty of questions and look carefully.
