恩嘉科技股份有限公司
Pros

Position: MIS Engineer

Interview process:

1. Fill in entry information at the security office. No badge exchange required.

Aptitude test -> Logic test -> English test -> Professional test [SQL/JAVA/C#]

(All tests are timed; HR will collect the papers when time is up.)

HR

1. Self-introduction

2. Questions about past work experience

3. Resume analysis

4. Answers to the submitted questions

5. Because there was a discrepancy between the English test score that day and the TOEIC score, HR asked about the situation.

6. If the logic test is left blank, HR will want to understand why. The main reason is that HR was curious: given a set amount of time, if you ran out of time or did not know the answers, why did you not finish by guessing?

Manager

1. Introduction to the job responsibilities

The main responsibilities involve developing and maintaining the electronic approval system, but also include other IT-related work, such as resolving user issues, hardware maintenance, program maintenance and development, data backup, and so on.

Therefore, the manager will want to know whether the candidate is open to learning new programming languages, as well as learning other IT-related knowledge.

2. What factors do you consider when evaluating a job?

3. After a new employee joins, they will receive a handover from a senior colleague transferring to another position. The senior colleague can be consulted if there are any questions.

4. Overtime is rare, but there may be a need to be on call or handle official duties remotely.

5. The company purchases online courses for everyone to take as part of its training program.

6. Laptops are used at work.

7. Because the company places importance on the English and logic tests, candidates whose test scores do not meet the standard will be required to retake the tests if hired.

8. Regarding salary, the manager said the company has set standards.

9. The work environment consists of open-plan office desks with no partitions on either side; colleagues can be seen in front of you.

Cons

Impressions:

1. Even if you do not know the answers on the logic test, you should guess your way through all of them, because the company considers it important and it feels like they will use it to judge what kind of person you are.

2. The job responsibilities are diverse, allowing you to learn many things, but they also feel somewhat scattered as a result. The company seems to be looking for people who can remain stable and stay for the long term.

3. I wrote questions about benefits and the year-end bonus, but neither HR nor the manager answered them.

Result: No response.
