Cons
The son and family members have different requirements for applicants
Although efforts have been made to break away from the traditional-industry image
it is ultimately still a family business
This issue was already apparent during the interview stage
Family members have differing views on the company’s actual internal needs
which inevitably leads to multiple points of contact
