You can find out just how much better other companies are.

There are really far too many things to talk about. Everything gets dumped on newcomers, while the company keeps drawing grand visions and making empty promises even though its own systems are not yet完善. After more than half a year, it is still the same games and the same cheapness, unwilling to spend money on advertising while continually organizing activities with very poor results.

It would be bad enough to dump the activities on newcomers, but as the boss, you keep interfering. Even when an activity has already been completed and is ready to launch, you pull it down again just because you suddenly feel that something is wrong. Boss, could you please stop meddling all the time?

You refuse to keep good activities and constantly demand new ideas, but you are unwilling to spend money. The boss is the one wasting money, delaying progress, and getting in the way! Every time an activity is completed, you only then complain that I spent too much. Excuse me, is NT$500 really a lot? What appeal does an activity with no rewards have? You clearly do not cherish games that still have many players, and you keep opening useless platforms. Do you actually want to make money, or do you just want to spend it?

You keep changing the original activities until they become unrecognizable. An activity that was originally meant to give back to users was changed by you into something that drives them away. You abandon the foundation left by your predecessors one piece at a time. Have you ever wondered why the company is not making money? Have you ever wondered why the company is not making any progress? Employee benefits have been reduced to cheap snacks. What exactly are you trying to save? Employees have no motivation to stay at the company, and they will not work themselves to the bone for you!

I seriously think I was laid off because I supported Tsai Ing-wen. Even if Han Kuo-yu really could bring great wealth, you still would not be able to make a fortune!!! You drive away users! You drive away employees! You have not seen how much more care other companies put into their employees!!

You keep driving away good employees. Forget about me! You even drove away people who were genuinely hardworking.

You keep opening platforms one after another and abandoning them one after another. Players who originally came in every day will eventually feel abandoned too. The company name is displayed on these platforms, and yet even the dead platforms are still left online. Does no one feel embarrassed that all the platforms under this company are always deserted?

One moment you are working on this, the next moment you are doing that. Do you even have a goal?
