The year-end bonus is terrible: at most only one month, averaging 0.5 months, and sometimes nothing at all.
Starting salaries are all very low and cannot really be increased.

There are absolutely no parking spaces nearby; there isn’t even anywhere to park a scooter. The sidewalk opposite the office is ticketed...
No public transportation comes here either, so plan your commute carefully.
