Uh... you can go to the store to pick out clothes, if you're in the mood.
1. You have to take an intelligence test (it takes quite a while...)
2. Three people came in for interviews on the same day, but there was apparently only one person available to handle the interviews... (so you just sit there waiting around)
3. The job posting was for an overseas sales position, but after the interview they told me that they are currently expanding domestically, so I might have to handle both sides. I was like....
Hmm????
4. Two days earlier, the job description still said they were developing the Japanese, Korean, European, and American markets. When I checked again the day before the interview, it had been changed to only the European and American markets. I asked why on the day of the interview, and the interviewer said he also didn't know why it had been changed internally.... (Hmm?????)
5. I don't know who the person handling the interview was. They said the boss had gone out and that they would show the information I had filled out to the boss (it was really just basic information). If they're only going to show the information to the boss and have the boss decide based on it, then what was the point of my coming in for an interview personally?????? Wouldn't it be enough to just look at the information on the job bank? The person who can decide whether to hire someone doesn't come to the interview, and instead they get someone who can't make the decision to waste my time?
6. Because the store and the office are in the same area, no matter what position you apply for, you also have to help watch the store until 20:00 ^^ You also have to take turns working on holidays, although it is paid.
In summary, unless you really love selling clothes and don't care about the company's overall systems (the benefits are poor too), I recommend not wasting your time interviewing.
I don't think they even know whether they actually need this position. Speechless...
