The company does not require employees to clock in or out, and overtime is very common. There are major problems with the processes and systems; one person is expected to do the work of three. The workload is completely beyond what I could have imagined. Relationships among colleagues are lax and disorganized. The boss is a typical exploitative employer: if they want you to work overtime and you don't explicitly ask for overtime pay, they pretend nothing happened. They also don't provide dinner when you work overtime, and they don't act like a boss should.
