1. The interviewers were quite friendly.
2. The explanations were fairly detailed.
3. For self-improvement-related certifications, you have to pass the exam before you can apply for funding. It depends on whether your supervisor approves, and the amount does not cover the full cost.
4. There seems to be an employee trip once every two years.
5. Uniforms are provided.
6. Salary evaluations and raises are conducted twice a year.
1. There is no air conditioning on the first floor where you fill out the forms.
2. The salary consists of a base salary (approximately NT$24,500–26,000) plus a perfect-attendance bonus of NT$1,500.
3. Supervisors nominate employees for the evaluation-based salary adjustment list.
