上古國際藝術股份有限公司
Pros

Beautiful first-floor environment

Cons

The boss's inconsistent thinking and overly fragmented instructions mean that the former employees' archived files contain a great deal of duplicate information. Basically, it is impossible to do one thing well here, but you can accumulate many things waiting to be messed up. The boss talks about outsourcing all day long—can anything be outsourced? If you graduated from an overseas school or National Taiwan University, congratulations: the boss is very impressed by foreign credentials and prestigious schools. As for what you actually know, it doesn't matter, because you are expected to know everything. Even if you have never studied something, the receptionist is expected to know online marketing, the marketing planner is expected to know IT, and so on. It is like expecting a monkey to fly to Mars by itself. Professional expertise is not treated as such; the boss thinks everything can be done quickly and easily. If you say that you don't know how or cannot do something, the boss will question your ambition and curiosity. No wonder the outsourced IT provider has consistently refused to answer or return this company's calls! I was truly driven to the brink and decided to resign. The company may invoke Article 5 of the employment contract during the employment period: employees who resign before completing one month will have their salary calculated based on the actual number of days worked. All I can say is that although art is quite interesting, it is not something one can casually try to run just because one has a little money, much less use it as a low-cost way to wear down art lovers' passion for art.
