1. The scope of the project manager role is unclear, with no detailed division of responsibilities. It is described favorably as providing flexible support to various departments, but in practice, it means taking on a wide range of tasks. Please think carefully before interviewing for this position.
2. The boss has too many titles and seems to enjoy using them to gain attention. Some of the remarks made during the conversation sounded self-aggrandizing. Interviewees should not be dazzled by these titles and lose sight of the situation.
3. The company is a small or medium-sized enterprise, but portrays itself as a world-class company. Given its size and capital, it does not yet have the conditions to achieve that status. The industry's prospects appear promising (the circular economy), but the company overpromises regarding the market, making it seem exaggerated and impractical.
4. The interview takes too long. Interviewees are assessed solely through a paper-based evaluation, and the interviewer discusses and evaluates on the spot which type of animal the interviewee is as an employee (which feels disrespectful). Not every interviewee fails to understand this interview analysis method. Underestimating candidates is always the beginning of a company's misjudgment, and it also reflects a lack of professionalism.
