As soon as the supervisor came in, they didn’t even look at me and immediately told me to introduce myself. After I introduced my previous work experience, the supervisor responded with a very disdainful expression.
Throughout the entire interview, I felt as though I was being looked down on, which was extremely uncomfortable. The process ended after about ten minutes. If you feel that a candidate’s work experience is unsuitable, please don’t invite them to an interview, only to continually humiliate them at the interview and look down on them from an extremely arrogant position. Anyone planning to interview should be mentally prepared.
