Those sycophants can stop sucking up

1. The NT$30,000 salary stated in the employment contract upon joining already includes 31 hours of overtime pay; you have no choice but to work the overtime and receive the pay.
2. If the overtime pay is actually deducted (as stated in the article: 30,000 - 4,414 = 25,590), the salary for working at 瓦城 is originally less than NT$26,000 (as stated in the article: NT$24,000 remaining after labor and health insurance deductions). Can they recruit people by directly offering this kind of salary?! Of course—they use the NT$30,000 figure to get people into the company~
3. If employees take unpaid leave, they can still receive NT$23,800 under government regulations. During unpaid leave, employees can also participate in the government's “Recharge and Restart Program,” receiving NT$158 per hour of training for up to 120 hours. Otherwise, they can participate in the government's “安心就業計畫” and use wage-difference subsidies. But what does 瓦城 do? Nothing! It simply says there are no shifts available for overtime, so no overtime pay will be issued~ Yet, I won't let anyone go either; those who can't stand the low wages can leave on their own, okay~
4. 瓦城's cash dividends were NT$12.6 in 2017, NT$13.6 in 2018, and NT$10 in 2019. When business is bad, they can let employees take the losses, but of course not the shareholders. General Manager Charles Hsu Cheng-i and his wife, 瓦城 Brand Director Wu Tan-feng, together hold 50.81% of the shares. The boss has the largest stake, and he is also the largest shareholder.
