The company is absolutely terrible! That supervisor whose name is something like Yu is really awful.
The company doesn’t even provide training. It’s ridiculous—they expect you to speak fluently on your very first day, and if you aren’t fluent, they immediately reject you. It’s outrageous.
Ordinary companies all provide basic training, but this one has none at all. If they don’t like the look of you, they tell you to leave. HR is constantly bringing people in for interviews, while supervisors are constantly telling people to leave. The company’s turnover is far too high. There is seriously something wrong with this company.
Seriously, don’t waste your time coming for an interview or working here. You really will regret it.
With the salary advertised so high, presumably they can’t retain talent and are offering high pay to attract people. If you’re thinking of coming, you really need to be mentally prepared. They can rationalize replacing you with all kinds of excuses and reject you for any reason. What an outrageous supervisor.
