There is a computer-based test: you have 30 minutes to follow the specified format, look at a document, and create a Word file and a PowerPoint presentation, then save and print them. It is presumably meant to test your document creation and formatting skills, but unfortunately, I could not see the evaluation criteria for this part.
The interview lasts about 30 minutes, and the conversation has no particular focus. It is difficult to highlight your abilities through the conversation.
The entire interview takes about an hour, and you are not told the interview result afterward.
I suggest that people who are confident in their abilities skip this company.
