Pros
The colleagues are all very nice.
Cons
1. The boss is very eloquent, so be careful not to be misled by their rhetoric and overlook important matters.
2. You have to arrive at work 30 minutes early every day, but you are not paid for those 30 minutes. If you are late, your pay will be deducted.
3. None of the colleagues want to tell the supervisor the truth, so there is no unity.
4. You deserve a better job. Please think carefully before joining this company.
