Pros

1. The work atmosphere is good, and the young people there are very humorous and lovable.

2. The supervisors look after the younger employees and are patient with them. They will even cook tea eggs and peel fruit for you to eat.

3. There is a coffee machine (the pantry is very beautiful).

3. Colleagues often bring back souvenirs to share after returning from group tours.

4. The interior has been newly renovated and is bright.

5. The location is conveniently accessible by transportation.

Overall, it is a good company.

Cons

1. The salary is not high, and NT$200 will be deducted as a welfare fund. At the beginning, you can negotiate your salary according to the salary brackets for labor and health insurance and negotiate a few hundred dollars more (for example, NT$34,600 or NT$28,200).

2. There is no travel subsidy, but employees may receive discounts on cruise or resort products (around 15%–5% off, for example).

3. There is no subsidy for health checkups.

4. The promotion path is unclear (if you have excellent work abilities, you naturally have the capability to get promoted; after working for 4–5 years, you may have an opportunity).

5. Be careful, because some supervisors are people under the senior managers. Try not to offend them, because if you run into difficulties, the senior managers may not be able to help you either. Take care of yourself.

6. Some senior managers’ moods can change very suddenly. Take a deep breath so that even when you resign, you can leave with dignity. Talking back or venting at them will not benefit you. You should communicate appropriately with the senior managers in your everyday work and not keep things bottled up, or you may become ill.

P.S. Do your own work well and do not discuss company gossip. If you go out to eat with a colleague or senior manager, keep a low profile and do not publicize it. Work efficiently, because in a small company it is normal for one person to be treated as two employees. If you are inefficient, the boss will ask you to leave.
